Return & Refund Policy – Jagira Perfumes

We take great care in delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfume products, we follow strict return and refund guidelines for hygiene and authenticity reasons.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. You received a damaged or defective product.

  2. You received the wrong item.

  3. The product was leaking or broken at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened bottles

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items without original packaging

  • Fragrances damaged due to improper handling after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened.


How to Request a Return

Email us at carejagira@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Full unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund to original payment method (processing time 5–7 business days depending on your bank)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost after verification.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, only if they are not shipped yet.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
