All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • 5–10 business days to other locations

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum purchase amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You may track your shipment at any time using this link.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the shipping charge for re-delivery will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the damage

  • Unboxing evidence (if available)

We will verify and replace the product or resolve the issue.
